Oil-based polyurethane waterproof coating is made of isocyanate, polyether, etc. by addition polymerization reaction containing isocyanate-based prepolymer, with catalysts, anhydrous additives, anhydrous fillers, solvents, etc., after mixing and other processes made of one-component polyurethane waterproof coatings.

This kind of coating is reaction curing type (moisture curing) coating, with high strength, large elongation, good water resistance and other characteristics. Strong adaptability to grass-roots deformation. Polyurethane waterproof coating is a liquid construction of one-component environmentally friendly waterproof coating, is imported polyurethane prepolymer as the basic ingredients, no tar and asphalt and other additives. It is cured after contact with moisture in the air, and forms a solid, tough, seamless, integral defense film on the surface of the grass-roots level.

Application

Oil-based polyurethane waterproof coating has been widely used in the roofs, external walls, basements, balconies, kitchens, and lavatories of general buildings, and even some special edifices such as civil air defense works, bridge projects, and granaries.

※ Construction Requirments

1. Keep the base firm, smooth,clean, no dust, oil and visual water.

 2. Brush directly after stirring SPU Coating evenly.

 3. Brush in large area: Brush SPU on the substrate with rubber scrapper, and guarantee suitable strength, uniformity and no stack.

 4. Recommended thickness is not beyond 0.7mm at per coating film, and two or three times coating film is better.

5. Do the second time's brush after the first film is dry, namely non-stick with hand. Remember the brushing direction is orthogonal with the last film, until reaches the design thickness.

 6. If necessary add some water whose weight is about 10% of the coating, stir evenly not less than 3min by electric mixer.

One Component Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating can use construction methods as below: brushing, roller coating, spraying, etc.

※Storage and Transportation

 1. In a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, damp and fire.

2. The storage period is half a year. After the expiration, it shall be tested again. It can be used again after passing the test.

3. Upside-down piling, not more than three layers.

4. The product is a combustible material, so during transportation, great importance shall be attached to safety. Care must be taken against catch-on-fire; 

it must be kept away from rain, insolation, extrusion, and collision. The package shall be kept intact and in compliance with relevant regulations of the transportation

 department.
