The Yan'an School project of the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University covers an area of 250,000 square meters, and the school is divided into three divisions: primary school, junior high school and high school. The project was constructed in 2018 and completed in early 2020. Modified asphalt series waterproofing membrane is used for waterproofing construction.
