The construction site of the No. 11 Middle School project in Nankang District is in the south of the No. 4 Primary School in Nanshui New District, covering an area of 41.14 acres with a total investment (estimate) of 43 million yuan. The project includes 2# teaching building, 3# teaching building, comprehensive laboratory building and ancillary works. Self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is used for waterproofing construction. Construction started in 2018, with a waterproof construction area of 20,000 square meters.
