※ Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, free of dust, grease, and debris.
Mixing: Stir the product thoroughly before application.
Application: Apply evenly using a brush, roller, or spray. Multiple coats are recommended for optimal results, with drying time between layers depending on environmental conditions.
Curing Time: Full curing occurs within 24 hours at standard temperatures.

※ Construction Requirments
1. Keep the base firm, smooth,clean, no dust, oil and visual water.
2. Brush directly after stirring SPU Coating evenly.
3. Brush in large area: Brush SPU on the substrate with rubber scrapper, and guarantee suitable strength, uniformity and no stack.
4. Recommended thickness is not beyond 0.7mm at per coating film, and two or three times coating film is better.
5. Do the second time's brush after the first film is dry, namely non-stick with hand. Remember the brushing direction is orthogonal with the last film, until reaches the design thickness.
6. If necessary add some water whose weight is about 10% of the coating, stir evenly not less than 3min by electric mixer.
